Yellow Mustard Flowers in Palos Verdes

If youβve ever visited the Palos Verdes Peninsula in the spring, youβve probably noticed the hills covered in bright yellow mustard blooms. πΌ
These plants can grow up to 6β7 feet tall, creating some pretty incredible views across the Hill.
While theyβre beautiful to look at, keep in mind that once they dry out, they can also become a brushfire hazard, which is why youβll often see them cleared later in the season.
According to @palosverdespulse, some of the best places to see the blooms include:
β’ Palos Verdes Drive South
β’ Portuguese Bend Reserve
β’ George F. Canyon Preserve
β’ Linden H. Chandler Preserve
β’ White Point Nature Preserve
Spring on the Hill is truly something special.
