Opa!

One of my favorite South Bay traditions is back!

The 62nd Annual @sbgreekfest returns July 10–12 at St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church in Redondo Beach.

Enjoy authentic homemade Greek food, live music, traditional folk dancing, delicious pastries, and, yes… a beer, wine & ouzo garden! 💃🏽🍷

A South Bay tradition since 1964, it’s a fun weekend for the whole family, with admission starting at just $5 (kids 12 and under are free).

Who else is craving gyros, baklava, and loukoumades? 🇬🇷💙

• A home is often the greatest asset a person will purchase in their lifetime… which is why it’s so important to understand which improvements can truly enhance your property’s value.

  Many homeowners make the mistake of investing their hard-earned money in renovations that don’t always provide a return on investment.

  Knowing which upgrades are worth considering can make all the difference when it’s time to sell.   My tip for new homeowners: please, please, please keep a folder of records and receipts for every upgrade you make while living in your home. This includes, but isn’t limited to: new flooring, paint, kitchen or bathroom remodels, landscaping, a new roof, HVAC upgrades, and even pool renovations.

  The more documentation you have, the more value we can demonstrate to potential buyers when it’s time to sell. 📁✨

Today, we are exploring the 𝗚𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗯𝗼 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁.

The lookout landmark has become a popular tourist destination, as well as an iconic site where locals propose!

The gazebbo overlooks the Beach Club and offers visitors a breathtaking Queen’s Necklace view. 🌊 🔭

According to the Palos Verdes Estates Foundation, the gazebo was named in honor of former councilman and mayor of Palos Verdes Estates, Fred Roessler. 🗺

To get to this location, simply head to Malaga Cove.

The gazebo is located at Paseo Del Mar & next to the Athletic club. You can’t miss it.

@thecreperycafe located in Rolling Hills Estates is a popular breakfast and brunch spot locals love. Enjoy a variety of options from sweet and savory crepes to traditional American breakfast items like omelettes and waffles.

It offers indoor and outdoor seating, free WiFi, and just the cutest spot to enjoy a cup of Joe. ☕️
