Welcome home, Sharon!

Shima 0 comments 11.10.2017

A few months ago, I began searching for classmates from my NHS 2007 class in hopes of inviting everyone to our reunion. I found Sharon on Facebook after losing contact since.

She realized I was a Realtor and asked for some guidance. We began looking for homes, but found the ONE on the day of my best friend’s wedding and two days prior to my trip to Iran.

I told her I was going to be limited in my abilities to help her that day, however, had an amazing team that would be able to assist from A-Z. I’d like thank, Tad, from my team, The Kondo Group, for going above and beyond to make sure my dear friend Sharon got this beautiful home.

(When you hire one of us, you get the entire football team ?)

Sharon, I know you had many options when choosing a Realtor, so I appreciate you picking my team and I to represent you on this purchase. I couldn’t be happier for you, your husband, and doggies!!!!

Welcome home, my dear! P.s. She’s an amazing speech therapist for anyone looking.

Welcome home!

I'd like to wish huge congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their beautiful home! I met them while hosting an open house and upon walking into the home, I quickly noticed the parents spoke little English and though we could not communicate in large part, there was a shared joy in one another's company. With the help of their two younger children, I learned that the father had been looking for a horse property for a year and he finally reached a successful point in his life where he'd be able to fulfill his dreams of owning horses. After hearing his touching story and knowing he earned every dollar he's made through hard work, perseverance and the American dream, I felt in my heart this was his home. We wrote an offer and after some negotiation, the buyers and sellers were satisfied with terms to move forward. I couldn't be happier for the family as they begin a new chapter in this home and for the birth of their first granddaughter. They've inspired me to dream deeper and to never let stigmas limit my ability to success. To many years of happiness, health and love ahead. A special thank you to my partners Tad and Michelle for helping especially this past week diligently to have a successful closing. Couldn't have done it without you. ??? Welcome home! #homesweethome

Grateful to have had the opportunity to share my open house tips with colleagues.

I've learned the importance of going above & beyond for my clients and I believe the efforts have made all the difference to stand out.

The greatest compliment one can give me is the referral of a loved one or friend. ?? I had four referral calls this week and you know what that means?

Fresh cookies delivered. ?

Thank you to my friends for your trust in my team and I. You're greatly appreciated.

Congratulations to these cuties on closing the sale of their home today & making it into Shima's clean kids club!?
I know mom and dad were busy making sure things were in order, but it would have been impossible without your help in keeping your rooms always ready for showings.
Enjoy your earnings and no, Maliyah, you are not chopped liver. ? ?Special thank you to my longtime friends, Matt & Ceci for trusting me with the sale of their home.

Meet the Goats

Shima 0 comments 31.05.2017

The City of Rancho Palos Verdes provides goats in specific, enclosed areas to provide natural brush clearance for wildfire safety.

Residents of the area can find them throughout different areas and are welcome to feed them through the fence.

Have you visited the goats yet?

Museum of Ice cream

Shima 0 comments 09.05.2017

It's been some time that I've been able to play Tourist in my own city. Today, that changed.

My cousin, Kaynaz and I were guests at LA's HOTTEST museum which is currently sold out. The Museum of Icecream is the latest trend, where hipsters, kids, and everyday folks can be a kid again.

As read on the website, the goal of the museum is to allow one to be a kid again. A place where "Ideas are transformed into real life experiences. A place where flavors are mysteries, toppings are toys and sprinkles make the world a better place."

There is no denying the positive energy flowing throughout the museum. I told my cousin that I have never seen a place where people willingly help one another take photos, express happiness, and laughter.

Everyone, from staff to the visitors are on the same page: take the greatest photo imaginable to share.

There are several rooms in the museum that are separated by hallways. Of the many rooms, my favorite was a green, mint room. In this room, a friendly man was offering mochi ice cream with mint chocolate chip ice cream. Delish!

Another fun room is the SPRINKLE pool. One cannot help but jump in and play!

Of the many museums I have been fortunate to visit, this was truly on the top of the list. I rated this museum a 10 out of 10 for bringing out the child in us, a friendly staff and exquisite pieces.

They say Disneyland is the happiest place on earth, but I beg to differ.

The Museum of Icecream is the HAPPIEST place on earth!
